What a listing means
A listing is not an endorsement, a food-safety approval, or a promise that a product is organic. “Certified organic” is shown only when the source data marks certification as verified. A verified biodynamic listing that is not also organic is labelled “Certified biodynamic”. Other organic or biodynamic wording is shown as a claim, not a badge. Producers with no organic claim are listed because they sell real food or drink. Details can be wrong or out of date. Check with the producer before you buy or travel.
No checkout in this version
Shoppers do not pay Eat Wild to search. This version does not take orders or payments. “Visit website” sends you to the producer’s own site, which has its own terms. Later, claimed suppliers may be able to sell here under a commission or a subscription. TODO: those commercial terms will be published before that opens. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell food.
Claims
You may claim a listing only if you are allowed to speak for that business. We can refuse or undo a claim. After approval you may edit the description, your story, a note about the farmer, photos, hours, and collection or delivery notes. You must not upload anything you do not have rights to, or present certification you do not hold. Certification status shown from the source data is not switched on by a claim.
Liability
The directory is provided as available information. We are not liable for losses from relying on a listing, a broken outbound link, or a producer’s own products, except where the law does not allow that limit. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
